As I warm up backstage at the concert house in Katowice, Poland, I was playing this line and thought, “I’ll just quickly share this with you,” which led to a detailed analysis and breakdown. My hope is that you’ll get a lot out of this by playing along. Try to transcribe it by ear first, if you can, and then check your work with the PDF. Remember, the more you understand the architecture, the more you can make it your own.
